We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate about your project. If you become a client, we keep project correspondence as part of our business records. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email and website hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. On active projects we may share relevant project details with consultants, subcontractors and permitting authorities as the work requires.

Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us by emailing office@doanworkshop.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
